A Morning Verse
This is a little verse we say with the kids’ morning drop
off school – It’s simple, but the meaning is quite deep. I hope you enjoy it
too.Morning Verse, (Credit: Unknown)
Firmly on this ancient land – we stand,
With red brown earth and golden sand,
We like to thank the Elders of long ago
Who helped this land begin to grow,
Creatures, gum trees and heaven’s blue,
Now together we stand strong and true,
With my brothers and sisters, I would love to say,
Good morning, how are you today?
Tapping Can Heal You
TAPPING CAN HEAL YOU
You may think that this is about tap dancing…….. NOPE, even though any kind of dance is good for your soul and can help in your healing process. However, this article is not about tap dancing, is about a healing technique called “tapping”.
“Tapping”, also called “Emotional Freedom Technique” (EFT), is a simple therapeutic tool based in acupuncture that literally releases you from your emotional distress and bothersome experiences. It combines ancient knowledge with recent scientific discoveries about neuroplasticity and rewiring of the brain. “Tapping” has also been called the “emotional acupuncture”.
“Tapping “ was introduced as a help-self approach in the 1970s, since then the popularity of this easy-to-apply but incredible effective tool for stress regulation, personal transformation, and overall energy balance has grown tremendously.
There are two important things that we do when practicing EFT:
1) This technique is a somatic intervention because it uses your fingers to tap softly on certain points of your body, the points where the meridians are closer to the skin. The meridians are like small pipes where the energy flows in our body. When the energies in our body are not flowing properly they get stuck. When this happens we repeat destructive thoughts (consciously or subconsciously) and feel negative emotions, generating a wide range of outcomes such as anxiety, fear, phobias, procrastination, lack of focus, even developing diseases or physical symptoms. By tapping on the specific acupressure points we allow the flow of energy and our body get the balance that needs to come back to a physically and emotionally healthy state.
2) At the same time that we are tapping on the acupressure points, we are saying out loud certain statements that help us focus on a specific issue, because when we practice EFT we need to be specific. The idea of repeating these statements is to acknowledge our actual feelings (even if we do not like them), to accept them, and finally to release them. The creation of the statements is based on cognitive and exposure therapies.
EFT sends a subtle calming signal affecting the amygdala (stress center of the brain that controls the “Fight or Flight “ response) and the hippocampus (memory center of the brain) promoting calm, more awareness and well-being in general.
It is not just tapping on the skin that makes EFT a somatic intervention. “Tapping” initiates a cascading of events in the brain and body that impact hormone production, brain waves, blood flow within the brain, and gene expression in ways that enhance emotional and physical health.
“Tapping” has rapid and permanent results, helping us shifts old emotional experiences to change limiting beliefs and remove the emotional content from a traumatic memory.
“Tapping” is an easy, fast, and non invasive therapeutic technique, it does not require special equipment (just your body), it often gives you instant relief, treats a broad range of issues and once you learn it, it can be self-applied.
Just give it a try and you will be impressed with this powerful tool that is literally at your fingertips.
The act of letting go…
What is the meaning of letting go?“Letting go” can look and feel different for each and every one of us. Letting go can be defined as releasing painful memories and painful thoughts, harmful desires and unhealthy habits that you may be hanging on to. It also means to stop reliving in your mind what had happened in the past or worrying about what’s going to happen in the future. One of the first steps is realizing that you cannot change or undo the past. Letting go can also mean your removing of attachments to events, material things or persons that make you feel unhappy, unsettled, confused, or even lost in your life journey. When you let go, you allow yourself to expand energetically, allow freedom and happiness to grow in your Heart, Mind and Soul. There are many benefits of letting go, one of which includes your Spiritual Growth. The journey of Spiritual Growth can be as individual as you are. It can be the process of becoming more and more aware of your real identity as a spiritual being. During this time of growth, you may feel a mixture of many different things: an awakening of sorts, enhanced excitement, perhaps fear and uncertainty and last but not least, enlightenment. Please know that you are not alone in this process, and that your reading this article today, was no coincidence. Embrace the moment. You are worth it! START WITH THE HEART
BY SONJA MCIE-COBB
I AM THE DAUGHTER OF THE EARTH AND MOON, THE SUN IS MY SHIELD.
I HAVE BEEN HERE AWHILE NOW AS YOU’VE ASKED SO LONG AGO! I AM IN THE BACKGROUND LIKE THE STARS.
MY BEAUTY HAS NEVER BEEN HIDDEN YET YOUR STILL BLIND.
MY THOUGHTS HAVE BEEN HEARD YET YOUR STILL DEAF.
MY VOICE HAS BEEN SPOKEN YET YOUR STILL MUTE.
WHEN WILL YOU BECOME AWAKE?
DOES THE SKY HAVE TO FALL BEFORE YOU BELIEVE?
DOES THE GROUND HAVE TO TREMBLE BEFORE YOU FEEL?
DOES THE SUN HAVE TO DISAPPEAR BEFORE YOU SEE?
WHY ARE YOU PRAYING FOR MY HELP THEN TURNING A BLIND EYE?
WERE THESE NOT THE HANDS YOU BEEN EXPECTING?
THEN PLEASE, START WITH THE HEART!

Love Vs Fear
When I started thinking on this topic, I was struck how so much of our “spiritual” memes, articles and videos on this subject treat it as a philosophical or whimsical feel good approach with no real substance.
It’s true, there are, it appears to me, only two base emotions fear or love. Anger, anxiety, hate, intolerance and the like are projections of fear. Joy, compassion, empathy and the like are projections of love.
But how, as the memes and articles ask, do we choose love over fear? Is it a conscious decision? Is it intuition? Do we hold love and light in our hearts? How do you do that? And how does it manifest in actions in the real world?
The first key to understanding this concept is to come to terms with the reality of Fear. Or rather, the illusion of Fear. You may be asking yourself, how is it an illusion? It certainly feels real when my heart races, my stomach turns and my thoughts are scattered. Here is why it is an illusion: We create fear in our minds and therefore our bodies in expectation of something bad happening. We create a mind cycle of what ifs. The events haven’t happened yet but we are fearful that they will. That is the illusion – a reality of what could happen is already being manifested in our thoughts.
Love, on the other hand, is a reality. When we project compassion, empathy or simply smile genuinely at another human being we are experiencing love in action – it is happening in the now. No illusion, no what if. Just reality, just love, right now and in the moment.
But let’s not beat up on Fear and totally remove it from the equation – we need fear. Life is balance. We just don’t need fear to control and tip the balance. Fear is useful – it protects us from potentially dangerous situations. Without fear, we would all be picking up hot pans directly from the oven. And that brings me to another point – fear is programmed. The only way an illusion can be useful is for it to be programmed – we have to be trained to be fearful of things which could harm us. Not things that harm us, but COULD harm us. Fear is an ancient instinct to protect us from predators and other dangers.
The problem lies in it’s tendency to tip the balance when it come to matters of the emotions, communication and society. It doesn’t differentiate between physical danger and emotional distress. It just manifests as it was designed to do – by creating what ifs in our thinking in order to either run from or attack the perceived threat. Anger is a manifestation of fear of being hurt by someone. Intolerance is a manifestation of fear of someone who looks or thinks differently. Anxiety is a manifestation of fear of the unknown or future events.
So how do we deal with an unbalanced fear reaction? Whether it is in ourselves or others, it makes no difference – it is treated with the same approach… You got it… Love. Uuuugh, I hear you groan. That tells me nothing. But it does… Understanding is a manifestation of love. When we can understand that our reaction to a situation is fear based we can circumvent the what ifs – we can recognise the illusion and move on. It is the same with others – when someone reacts to you with anger, look beyond the anger and try to see the fear. You don’t necessarily have to point it out to them, but your words and actions can certainly allay and address the fear residing beneathe the anger. Take the heat out of the anger by addressing the root cause.
I’m reminded of an ancient african philosophy – Ubuntu. It literally means “I am, because of you”. In essence, by realising that every action we have affects and influences the lives of others, and in return our lives are equally affected, we can learn to appreciate the community spirit and family bonds. In one african community, this is practiced in a uniquely beautiful way. When an individual in the community has committed a crime or done harm, instead of a punishment, the wayward community member is brought into a circle of all the villagers and they take turns in telling the person what they value in the individual. This reminds them of their worth in the society and allays and addresses the fears of the individual who manifested the negative fear based response in the first place.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could practice a little Ubuntu in both ourselves and in others? Rather than submit to the fear based programming in our media and society, lets take a leaf out of our brothers and sisters book in Africa and practice Ubuntu in our society… After all, I am because of You…
The Simple Art Of Manifesting
By Kerri Campbell
Manifesting is something that is very easy to do but unfortunately with social conditioning, is the hardest thing to achieve. Rest assured that with some simple tips, it can easily be done with a successful outcome.
So what are our steps?
First step is to retrain your mind. Many people sit in negative thinking. It becomes an endless cycle of low self worth, reliving the past or believing that your future is bleak.
To combate these feelings, you need to read affirmations. Affirmations are statements that remind you of positive things such as self love, self worth and self respect. Having affirmations are a must when manifesting as you are basically retraining the mind.
Find the ones you want in google, write them on a piece of paper and stick it opposite your toilet or in your bathroom. Then read them whenever you are in there as many times as you like daily for a two week period, then occasionally after that.
The important thing to do is ‘feel’ that you are that person or be in the energy of that outcome that you want to achieve! Often I put my hand on my heart (literally), and feel that warm fuzzy feeling that love is. Then I use this energy when reading the affirmations.
Some people read affirmations onto voice recorders and play when they are doing things like gardening, housework or driving in the car. These works just as well! Remember, that it needs to be something that you can do every day and if it means it’s visual, audial, or kinaesthetic, it will work for you in its own special way.
Next is doing activities that support the outcome and again feeling them.
So for this part of manifesting, you need to let go of outcomes. So outcomes meaning timelines, exact events, precise requests as well as worry, depression, anxiety etc and trust that good things are coming your way. This is a very important part of manifesting as we have to let go of those things to bring in the positive life you deserve. What you think is what you attract, so by having that positive energy means that you an only attract it.
You also must stand in YOUR power! By putting your hand on your heart you are reconnecting to yourself and the power that is love. Many things that you want to manifest usually have a negative social story to it such as ‘there are no rental homes available atm’ or ‘I’m meant to be poor cause I’m a single mum’. These stories need to be forgotten as they are conditions that you are going against. They are also conditions that a leave you depressed or worried. So by putting your hand on your heart when you feel these things creeping in reminds you of your power and that love is the universal energy for every thing!
So back to the activities……
Depending on what your psychic ability is, you can do a variety of activities to keep you in the energy of already having it. Activities such as visualising through seeing yourself doing what your manifesting and feeling the joy and peace of living in that timeline is one that you an do in the shortest of moments. I’ve many a time dreamt it whilst sleeping or whilst doing mindfulness. Other people meditate to guide meditations on YouTube, others do vision boards that they look at daily, manifesting journals, decluttering, etc. The list is endless! Do it everyday and then when you are reminded.
Angel numbers are a great way to remind yourself to do this. Triple one (111) is a great number to manifest to when you see it as well as 888 which is the number of abundance. Seeing 222 is a number reminding you that the seeds of your thought have been planted.
Often we forget our manifesting practises over time as time lines are adjusting and things are happening behind the scenes. It’s ok to forget. We are human. There will be times when we ar given a nudge by the universe to keep on practicing. This usually means that there’s still more manifesting to do but your on the right track. Remember the universe has no timeline. So things can happen quickly whilst other things can take months to manifest. Either way, the universe has your back! Your just reminded to stay on track.
The more you manifest and see the outcomes come to you, the more you know how powerful you are. The mind is a very powerful tool and it often amazes me how powerful it is! From there on, you can manifest anything, even being cured of illnesses and disease.

Ascension Symptoms
By Kerri Campbell
This is a chart of the Schumann Resonance (SR) a few days ago (February 16th 2021)! This is what people call the Earths heartbeat. The SR is the recording of the electromagnetic energy in the earths upper atmosphere-the isophere. I watch the SR every day for what’s happening in our atmosphere as a lot of cosmic energy and solar flares can influence the Earth’s electromagnetic energy. This particular reading is from a recording station located in Russia.
I watch to see what’s happening as the different frequencies affect our bodies in different ways (pic two is a small list of ascension symptoms but a lot more can be experienced). This is the charts I look at. They all correlate at the exact same time! The first chart is the SR with all its greens, blues and whites. The second chart is the frequency (which is usually around 7.86htz) and the third is the amplitude which I refer to as the volume as I hate technical terms!
If we look at the first chart, the blue colouring is the 3D energy, the green is the 4D energy and the white is the 5D energy. As you can see, the white (5D energy) comes almost daily, but around eclipses, it doesn’t. There is usually a pause for three days before and after an eclipse due to its powerful energies!
If you look at the bottom chart, it tells us how loud the SR was! The white line on that (third) chart is the mean line and that’s what I look at! It correlates with the exact same time as the top chart!
Now if you look at the second chart, you can see the frequency of the SR. You can see that mostly it hovers around it’s average frequency of 7.86htz, but near the start of that chart, there is a spike where it almost jumps to 9htz. This has nothing to do with the amplitude of the SR, this is purely a frequency spike.
When the volume is turned up, our bodies expand with the light 5D energy (like the balloon analogy in a previous post) and we get the ascension symptoms. This causes all sorts of pains, sensations and fatigue as our bodies aren’t used to it. Once our bodies are more used to the energies, we don’t feel it as much and we become lethargic on the days afterwards. This is from those high light energies blasting away our denser cells, so we can receive it better.
You will also see an increase of earthquakes, hurricanes/cyclones, floods and volcanic eruptions as the earth gets used to the raised volume of the SR as well!
So, I hope this explains why you are getting different ascension symptoms on some days and not others! It’s pretty constant atm, but make sure you rest during the day, have naps if u need to, drink plenty of water, eat more fresh fruit and veg, do mindfulness activities and ground yourself by walking barefoot and connecting to the earth.
