We believe in clear expectations and clean agreements.
This page explains how refunds work for memberships, mentor bookings, and digital products offered by Living 5D In A 3D World. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Membership Subscriptions (Earth School)
Membership fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
If you cancel your membership:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after proper cancellation.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
Access remains active until the end of the paid term. Cancellation stops future billing only.
PayPal Subscription Notice
If you subscribed using PayPal, you must cancel the subscription inside your PayPal account to stop future billing.
Cancelling inside your Earth School account alone does not stop PayPal billing.
Failure to cancel through PayPal does not qualify for a refund.
2. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same billing period, contact us within 7 days at admin@living5d3d.com.
We will review and correct legitimate duplicate payments.
3. Mentor Sessions & Bookings
All mentor sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Refunds for mentor sessions are handled as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) is non-refundable.
In genuine emergencies, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
4. Digital Products & Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are final once access has been granted.
We can’t “return” digital access. Please review all product information carefully before purchasing.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens.
In rare cases, we may offer a refund or credit at our sole discretion. This is not an obligation and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
If a product or service fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian law, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
