Mentor Sessions – Living 5D In A 3D World

These Booking Terms apply to all one-on-one sessions, mentoring calls, consultations, and related services booked through Living 5D In A 3D World ("we", "us", "our").
By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of Mentor Sessions
Mentor sessions are self-development and educational in nature.
They are not:
- Medical treatment
- Psychological therapy
- Mental health services
- Legal or financial advice
Our mentors provide guidance, reflection, and structured personal development support.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
If you require medical or psychological support, please seek a qualified professional.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book a session.
By booking, you confirm that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You understand the nature of the service
- You take full responsibility for your participation
3. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal or Stripe).
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We respect your time. Please respect ours.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your session.
- Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show") is non-refundable.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances, we may reschedule at our discretion.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late:
- The session will still end at the scheduled time.
- Extensions are not guaranteed.
If a mentor is late due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be extended or rescheduled accordingly.
6. Client Responsibility
Mentor sessions are collaborative.
You acknowledge that:
- Results depend on your willingness to participate honestly
- You are responsible for how you apply insights
- We cannot guarantee specific outcomes
This is sovereignty-based work. We do not make decisions for you.
7. Emotional Safety & Scope
Mentor sessions may explore personal experiences, emotional triggers, or recurring patterns.
However:
- Mentors are not acting as licensed therapists
- We do not provide trauma therapy or crisis intervention
- We may decline to continue a session if it falls outside our professional scope
If you are experiencing severe depression, suicidal ideation, domestic violence, or acute psychological distress, please seek professional support immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we believe a session is not appropriate.
8. Confidentiality
Sessions are treated as private and confidential.
We do not share personal information disclosed in sessions without your consent, except:
- Where required by law
- Where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others
Online sessions are conducted via secure platforms; however, no online communication can be guaranteed 100% secure.
9. Intellectual Property
All session frameworks, tools, and materials remain the intellectual property of Living 5D In A 3D World.
You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use session content without written permission.
10. Recording of Sessions
Sessions may not be recorded without prior written agreement from both parties.
Unauthorised recording is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Living 5D In A 3D World and its mentors are not liable for:
- Decisions made following a session
- Business, financial, or personal outcomes
- Indirect or consequential loss
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Booking Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Where permitted, liability is limited to:
- Re-supplying the session; or
- Refunding the session fee.
13. Governing Law
These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
