About Living 5D in a 3D World
Pattern work. Breathwork. Somatic support. Human integration.
Not therapy, coaching, or fortune telling — a way of seeing the pattern underneath what keeps happening, so it can finally change.
Why This Exists
This didn't begin as a brand idea. It began as frustration.
We were watching intelligent, capable, spiritually aware people — ourselves included — repeat the same patterns over and over again. Same arguments. Same avoidance. Same self-sabotage. Just different scenery.
At some point you stop asking, “Why aren't people more awakened?” and start asking, “Why does awareness not equal change?”
That question built what we do.
Because insight without integration is just entertainment.
David Campbell — “Laughing Crow”

I grew up the good Catholic altar boy. Incense. Ritual. Bells ringing on cue. I knew how to look holy before I knew how to look honest.
Religion gave me symbolism. It gave me structure. But it didn't teach me how to sit with shame. It didn't teach me how to handle criticism without shrinking. It didn't teach me how to make decisions without spiralling into “what if I get it wrong?”
So I went looking.
That search led me into mentorship with elders and wisdom keepers from Native American and Indigenous Australian traditions. Not as a tourist collecting spiritual badges. As a student being corrected.
And here's what became clear very quickly:
Spirituality isn't about experiences.
It's about responsibility.
I've sat in powerful ceremony. I lead breathwork journeys and Fire Circles — spaces where something ancient moves through the room and the nervous system genuinely shifts.
But the real transformation never happened in the peak moment.
It happened on a random Tuesday afternoon when someone chose not to send the defensive message they would normally send. When they stayed in the conversation instead of withdrawing. When they felt the trigger and didn't let it drive.
That's when it clicked.
Most people don't lack wisdom.
They lack integration.
You can speak beautifully about consciousness and still avoid launching your project because you're afraid of being seen. (I've done that.)
You can guide others and still feel that tightening in your chest when commitment gets real. (Done that too.)
Earth School and the breathwork journeys were built from facing those patterns — not pretending they didn't exist.
The Messy Middle (Yes, Ours Too)
Let's be clear — this wasn't a smooth heroic arc.
I've started projects that didn't finish. I've had that cringe moment of thinking, “What if this is just another thing I don't follow through on?”
That shrinking feeling in the body. That urge to delay. That quiet shame.
Sound familiar?
That's the material we work with.
Not the polished spiritual persona.
The part of you that wants to hide when things get real.
Growth isn't about becoming impressive.
It's about becoming accountable.
Kerri — When the Body Becomes the Teacher

Kerri's path came through a different doorway.
Chronic illness has a way of cutting through spiritual fantasy very quickly. When your body stops cooperating, you can't bypass your way around it. You can't positive-think nervous system dysregulation into submission.
Energy became sacred. Decisions mattered.
Then came divorce. Identity dismantled. Structure gone. The kind of season where you either numb out or learn how to feel properly.
She chose to feel.
Not dramatically. Not as performance. Quietly. Somatically.
She began tracking sensation in the body instead of arguing with it. Sitting with discomfort instead of fighting it. Allowing emotion to move through without unpacking her bags and living there.
Her wisdom wasn't learned in theory.
It was forged in survival.
Bridging Spirit and Psychology
Between us, we saw two distortions everywhere.
Spiritual spaces that float above reality.
Psychological systems that strip out the soul.
One says, “Just manifest it.”
The other says, “Let's analyse it forever.”
Very few teach you how to stay present when your partner criticises you. Or how to respond consciously when fear hits right before you take a risk.
Our work lives in that moment.
The tightening shoulders.
The stomach drop.
The old inner rule whispering, “If you get this wrong, you're not safe.”
We don't treat those reactions as flaws.
We treat them as outdated protection strategies.
They were intelligent once. They kept you safe. But survival code written at seven shouldn't still be running your decisions at forty.

We're not here to make you dependent.
We're here to help you see where you're handing your power to old rules and calling it fate.

You're patterned.
