What is Paypal Pay In 4 or Pay In 3? Why did I only receive a partial commission?
Our website provides the ability for the client to pay for their appointment or service in installments using Paypal Pay In 4 or Pay in 3. This means that the payment is split into 3 or 4 payments every two weeks. You will receive your commission from these payments as they are processed by Paypal.
Are the prices listed in my currency?
Please note that all prices listed will be automatically adjusted to your currency (where available) based on your browser settings but will revert to US Dollars if your currency is not available. What happens if I can’t make the appointment?
We have a customer panel with details of your appointment and you are able to reschedule your appointment there. The ability to reschedule is only available up to 24 hours before your appointment. If something happens and you need to reschedule after this time, please use the contact form here.
Are the appointment times listed in my time zone?
Yes. Our system reads your location based on your browser settings and will list the times in your timezone. If you are using a VPN, it will read your location settings for the VPN so you may need to temporarily disable the VPN.
How do Online Readings and Healings Work?

Do you take deposits for the appointments?
No. All appointments are paid up front, however you can choose to use Paypal Pay in 4 or Pay in 3 (if available to you) and pay off your appointment, paying 1/4 or 1/3 at appointment booking time.
What happens if a client requests a refund?
We do have a 30 day refund policy. However, we don’t immediately take the attitude of “the customer is always right” for a couple of reasons. Do you collect feedback from clients and are we able to access the feedback?
Yes! After every appointment an email is sent out to the client asking for feedback. Some of the comments and ratings will be put onto our system for viewing by other potential clients. A copy of the feedback received is forwarded to you as the Consultant.
