Does the percentage for appointments for you (which is really fair by the way) come out right away and immediate payments to us into our PayPal? Or, does payment to us come once or twice a month? Are there any other options to receiving payments other than Paypal?
We use Paypal for processing payments. The system is setup for you to be able to receive a withdrawal at any time providing the payment and appointment has been completed. Within your Consultant Panel is a screen outlining your orders and they will be shown as “processing”. Your order will show the gross amount paid and the payment due to you. Be aware that this amount does not take into account the Paypal fee charged for transactions. After your appointment has been completed, you are able to change this setting from “processing” to completed. This sets off the auto process to request a withdrawal from our system for the amount due. If you then click on the “Payments” tab you will be able to see your due payment. This payment amount may differ slightly to what you receive in your Paypal account due to Paypal withdrawal fee and currency exchange. The processing time for funds to become completed and available for withdrawal is usually about 24 hours (dependant on PayPal processing times and weekends) after a payment and booking has been completed. The only time this 24 hour period may differ is if there has been an issue with validation of payment from the PayPal end and we will notify you of any delay.
Are there possibilities of expanding the classes and workshops that I have been teaching through your group? Is it just readings and healings right now with a possibility to open up to doing classes down the line?
Yes. Two options will become available in the future – in the booking system is an option for “Events” which will allow clients to book an online event and be taken to the event the same way a client books an appointment. We are also exploring the ability to be able to book in person events as well. This “Events”option should come online in the next few weeks. The second option is on our “Learning Portal”. This is a part of our website that will be dedicated to online learning and invitations to become an instructor/mentor will be called in the near future. This service will involve dedicated ongoing online workshops and courses using video and online reading modules and interaction – not live events as such but they may include some live events as part of the course/workshop.The article writing system….can old articles that I may have used in one of my old monthly newsletters work? Or do they have to be fresh? Are articles required? Do they become property of your group?
The article writing system is an optional extra we provide – however we do encourage you to make use of it as it will allow us to link to your services, both within our website and if they are reposted to our Facebook page. When they are posted on our website, they are posted under your account name, however when they are posted onto our Facebook page, they will be posted under our admin account with reference to you as the writer. All the articles remain your intellectual property and can be removed at your request at any time. All articles, however, will be vetted by us before being posted.Any articles, even older articles are fine – as long as they tie in with our ethos and subject matter i.e Spiritual Development.I usually use Zoom and I do not know how to use Google Meet. Is Zoom ok?
The simple answer is no. The booking system and Zoom do not allow individual Zoom accounts (unlike Google Meet) and this poses a security risk for the client and yourself as you would not be using your own Zoom Account. As many of our consultants would also be running from free video conferencing accounts, Google Meet has longer duration (1 hour before having to reset the meeting) than Zoom (40 minutes). You can upgrade a Google Meet Account for longer duration and other services. However, the booking system makes it easy to use Google Meet. When an appointment is made, an email is sent to both you and your client with a direct link to the meeting. At the appointment time, all you need to do is click “Join” when you are taken to the meeting screen (as you are the meeting holder, you may be asked to login to Google if you aren’t already logged in).I have had my own website and business for many years. Is participating with your offer going to be a conflict of interest for you?
Absolutely not! In fact we encourage our consultants to have a web presence! We would ask as a courtesy that if you take your own online bookings (i.e zoom or google meet) on your website that you refrain from listing your website on Living 5D In A 3D World as it may move clients away from our booking system. If you don’t take online bookings on your website you are welcome to use our system and link to us for your online booking needs.
