Monica – “Tapping for Increasing Self-Love and Self-Compassion” (in English or Spanish)


Monica is an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner
originally from the South of the world (Chile), who has also lived in Argentina, and now is settled in the United States.

She is a Biochemist with a PhD in Biological Sciences, and she worked as a scientist for more than two decades, but one day she came to know about EFT, also known as “tapping”, and she fell in love with it. Tapping is an energy psychology tool, based in acupuncture, and used by therapists, counselors, coaches and personal development leaders. Monica discovered that “tapping” is a powerful healing tool that releases anxiety, stress, and a bunch of other negative emotions, it also helps you get rid of limiting beliefs,  and it increases your self-worth, compassion, inner peace and overall happiness.

“Tapping” is a transformational tool that has helped Monica and many people around the world, but is still a technique that not everyone knows about. Monica feels that her life’s purpose is to bring “tapping” to as many people as she can reach, because this easy, gentle and effective healing tool can change people’s life like “magic”.



Monica has experience “tapping” with clients from all over the world, individually or in group sessions.
Monica is a certified EFT practitioner that has helped people with a variety of issues; from a headache, anxiety, fear of heights, phobias, bothersome childhood memories to changing limiting beliefs. Monica also uses “tapping” to cultivate positive emotions that increase your vibration, allowing you to live with gratitude, confidence, hope, and inner peace.
This “tapping” session is centered in SELF-LOVE and SELF-COMPASSION. Self-love is not selfish, is your birthright, and is the foundation for everything in your life. Monica is convinced that when you accept and love yourself with compassion and forgiveness, a whole world of good things come to your door, and this is just the beginning of a huge positive transformation. You can not love and express your love to others if you do not love yourself, and others can not love you if you do not love yourself. Loving yourself can be hard sometimes, but changing your perception and understanding that all of us are imperfect human (and that each of us do the best that we can with the understanding and knowledge that we have) can change how you feel about yourself.

If you do not know much about “tapping” and have never done it before, DO NOT WORRY, Monica will teach you the basics and you will be able to tap by your own at the end or our first session. Give “tapping” a try, you have nothing to lose and maybe you will discover how to positively transform your life.

This “tapping” session can be provided in English or in Spanish.
